About Isaiah

Isaiah is owner of McGee Strategies LLC, a consulting, training, and coaching firm specializing in the areas of generational behavior, networking, and leadership development

The former Los Angeles native came to Iowa to attended Cornell College, where he was a two-sport athlete in football and wrestling, hosted a popular radio program, and served in various leadership roles. Isaiah also received a Master’s degree from Drake University before entering the professional world.

One of Iowa’s “Movers and Shakers under 40” Isaiah has received recognition for his leadership and efforts in a number of organizations and boards as well as other civic and leadership groups including serving a term a local city councilmember for a Des Moines suburb.

Isaiah has been featured in numerous national, state, and local press and media, including Time Magazine, the New York Times, AP, NPR, Des Moines Register, Des Moines Business Record, as well as local TV and radio.
