About Tina

First I am a mother of two fabulous daughters, Stevie 19 who is attending ASU and Sophie 10 who is in the 4th grade. For the most part they have grown up downtown surrounded by awesome diversity and a constant array of wonderful events and activities right here in Downtown Des Moines.

I am a full-time Realtor with Re/Max Real Estate Concepts here in Downtown Des Moines and Project Realtor for 418 Liberty Condominiums. I'm best known as “T…Your Downtown Gal” I’m a dedicated service oriented producer who specializes in meeting the real estate needs of today’s busy professional. I know the value of your time and can often be found working late into the night from my downtown home office.. Meeting and helping to relocate people from all different parts of the world, each dynamic in their own special way, is my specialty. I consider myself an expert in the downtown urban real estate market. I cover a lot of territory, know the advantages to living in each of these downtown places, is a member of the Downtown Neighborhood Association (DNA), frequent the downtown shops, eateries, etc… and can help make your decision an easy and well planned one. I have personally lived over 10 years at The Plaza in 7 different condos, at BrownCamp Lofts for over a year, in an East Village Loft and now at the fabulous 418 Liberty on 6th Ave. for almost 3 years now.

I have listed and sold a tremendous amount of real estate in my downtown urban neighborhoods. I am known as a dynamic marketing agent, utilizing the social media venues to their fullest, widely known for my fun, informative downtown blogs on her personal website and am considered hands-down one of the best negotiators and residential marketers in Des Moines. I’m a go getter and will not let the grass grow under my feet! I am your Downtown Gal on the go and in the know!

I will always be the 'difference' because I do care. I am passionate about my dreams, goals, hopes & desires and will not settle for anything less than what I believe in! I am an awesome positive role model for my girls and work hard to not let them down.

I have always been successful because I believe that I can do anything I put my mind to, somethings may take a lil more time than others, but I believe in ME. I am also someone who will not enable another no matter how difficult it is as I strongly believe this helps no one in the end. I take pride in surrounding myself and my girls with people who speak with their actions when it comes to integrity, character, honesty, etc.... I value people who are sincere, genuine and with little to no inhibitions and will always speak the truth no matter how difficult.

Although I'm just making ends meet currently with the real estate market being a bit slower & trust me it's been difficult going from 6 figures at one point to much less now, but I believe......I am the difference!!! I am a different Path, a wave of compassion! I am the heart that may keep a child alive!

Daryl Becicka is a true renaissance man. Growing up on a farm in eastern Iowa Daryl was taught ethics, morals, and the value of hard work.

Music has always been a passion for Daryl. He attended Simpson College on a vocal performance scholarship and graduated with a degree in communications.

You can still find Daryl singing on stage with the Des Moines Metro Opera, at a local karaoke bar, or entertaining his neighbors with a few songs on the guitar on his backyard deck in the summer.

Currently Daryl spends hi day as an Associate Broker with RE/MAX Real Estate Concepts in West Des Moines.
