Frank Cordaro & DM Catholic Worker Home + Mission, More
Frank Cordaro called in as guest during the first hour of Chatauqua50309 on Wednesday, November 11th. What he shared with the Des Moines Local Live audience included the service and mission of Des Moines Catholic Worker Home, meeting needs of many homeless men and women in Des Moines, Iowa.
The Des Moines Catholic Worker Community, said Mr. Cordaro, serves a complex set of needs combined with a social justice ministry reaching well beyond Des Moines’ inner city.
A man of deep faith, Frank Cordaro was once a Catholic Priest and member of the Des Moines Diocese. Contributing to the Catholic Worker Community, extending the joined mission of thousands of individuals and institutions, is important for continuing the missions of the Des Moines Catholic Worker Community; a “How You Can Help” web page will allow the Chatauqua50309 community to participate in any one or more of the missions of this important institution.
